Before we send any teachers into your school for supply or permanent purposes, we perform a series of rigorous checks. All prospective candidates are subject to a full DBS (formerly CRB) check, as well as a List 99 check. This means that you can be assured that your pupils are in safe hands with professionals who have a clean criminal and teaching record. If we recruit teachers from outside of the UK, we undertake a criminal clearance check for your peace of mind.
At Master Class Education, we also verify the identity of any potential candidates for teaching recruitment. We perform a face-to-face photo identification check, and also request further proof of identification such as a birth certificate. All our candidates are also required to provide five years of address history, further cementing their proof of identity as well as their right to work in the UK.
Qualifications, references and DfE registration are also investigated thoroughly, so that you know you are recruiting teachers who are suitably qualified and who come with a work history that can be verified.
