We recognise that primary school supply teachers require extraordinary qualities, since unlike their counterparts in secondary and further education they are required to keep an entire class on track, educated and entertained, for the entire day. This requires total commitment to not only the class but to the individual children within it. Care is very much an essential part of the role. And, of course, to be effective teachers need to know about the curriculum, schemes of work and the syllabi, and the peculiarities of the school itself.

MASTER CLASS EDUCATION only deploys primary teachers who have been vetted in the same way as its secondary supply teachers and FE lecturers.
